Foyle Film Festival is one of only a handful of international film festivals with Oscar affiliation and BAFTA recognition. The festival offers filmmakers, animators and artists a unique platform to screen their films, network with industry professionals and gain access to the international market. The festival takes place over 10 days in November.
Additionally, the Foyle Film Intercultural & Anti-Racism Festival takes place in March. The films selected for the Festival address and respond to issues relating to human rights and inequality, including racism, homophobia, sexism, prejudice and discrimination.
