I attended the Access Cinema viewing sessions at the end of September this year. Having recently become more involved with my local film club (Fermanagh Film Club), this was my first time attending such an event. I did not know quite what to expect, although I had heard only good reports from attendees of previous sessions.
I’d never been to Edinburgh. Glasgow many times, but never Edinburgh. When presented with the idea, I realised I’d not been to many film festivals at all to be honest. The local ones obviously, Belfast and Cinemagic, and Foyle too.
